Ian Mouser, Founder, Executive Director

Mouser has over 15 years of experience working with at-risk and marginalized youth.  He has worked as a Program Director for Wilderness Trails, and as a Treatment Counselor, Psychiatric Technician, and Music Teacher for Albertina Kerr Centers.  As a musician, Mouser has performed in bands whose songs have been played at the MTV Video Music Awards, as well as toured throughout the western states.  He continues to write, record and perform his own music throughout the northwest.   He is the founder of My Voice Music and has assembled a diverse group of committed individuals in order to establish My Voice Music as a professional and transparent organization committed to serving Portland’s youth.
