Ian Mouser, Founder/Executive Director


Ian has over 15 years of experience working with at-risk and marginalized youth. He has worked as a Program Director for Wilderness Trails, and as a Treatment Counselor, Psychiatric Technician, and Music Teacher for Albertina Kerr Centers. As a musician, Ian has performed in bands whose songs have been played at the MTV Video Music Awards, as well as toured throughout the western states. He continues to write, record and perform his own music throughout the northwest. He is the founder of My Voice Music and has assembled a diverse group of committed individuals in order to establish My Voice Music as a professional and transparent organization committed to serving Portland's youth.

Chris Gray, Program Lead 

Chris holds a B.A. in Music and plays in several bands around town, including Ancient Heat and Last Prick Standing.  He is currently running many of our music programs on a contracted basis. 

Jameson Wandling, Program Intern


Jameson is a post-graduate student in PSU's Conflict Resolution program. He is running our "Music In Treatment" Program at Albertina Kerr Centers, while developing his master's thesis project.  He is a talented singer songwriter who just finished his first full length album, Front Street.
